Cape Town: – The Western Cape Provincial Serious and Violent Crimes Unit is seeking the assistance of the public to locate 34-year-old Robert Anele Nkwitshi and 32-year-old Luvo Mojozi.
It is believed that they can assist police with the investigation of a double murder perpetrated on November 26 2024 in NY108, Gugulethu.
Preliminary reports reveal that on 2that day at about 10:55, two employees of World Class Protection security services, were sitting in their marked security vehicle in NY 108, Gugulethu. They were guarding technicians who were busy servicing and inspecting a cellular telephone tower. While the technicians were inside the tower, the two victims were approached by three males, two from the passenger side and one at the driver’s side. The one at the passenger side fired several shots at the two victims, who were sitting inside the vehicle.
The passenger sustained several gunshot wounds to his body while the driver managed to get out of the vehicle. He was already wounded and was ordered by the suspects to lie down on the ground where he passed away. After the shooting, the suspects took both the deceased’s cellular telephones, wallets and a non-lethal firearm (blank firearm). One of the suspects also confronted one of the technicians, gun pointed him and robbed him of his cellular telephone.
The suspects then fled the scene on foot.
