DELFT:- On Wednesday evening a heroic rescue unfolded at the Caltex Delft garage.
A suspicious white Opel Corsa (plate starts with 181) was spotted with a young dark-skinned girl in the backseat signaling for help. The driver, a colored man who seemed of Pakistani descent, and the passenger, an African man, sped off when they realized they were being watched.
Quick-thinking individuals gave chase, found the car, and saved the girl, who was wearing pink pajamas and a floral doekie.
Thanks to their bravery, a tragedy was prevented – Stay alert and vigilant.
