Metrorail Western Cape Regional Morning Service Update – Monday, 14 April 2025
Cape Town: – Metrorail Western Cape has released its regional morning service update for Monday, 14 April 2025.
The following train services are confirmed to be operating as scheduled:
Southern Line (Fish Hoek to Cape Town)
Fish Hoek/Simon’s Town Shuttle
Cape Flats Line
Cape Town to Langa via Pinelands
Cape Town to Nyanga
Cape Town to Nolungile
Cape Town to Bellville via Monte Vista
Cape Town to Kraaifontein via Maitland
Malmesbury to Cape Town
Bellville/Mutual via Lavistown
Eerste River to Cape Town
Strand to Cape Town
Du Toit to Eerste River
Cape Town to Chris Hani
Service Disruptions:
Bellville/Mutual via Lavistown – Commuters are advised to expect delays due to a signal equipment failure at Bay Junction and Woltemade, which is currently impacting parts of the Central Line.
Wellington to Kraaifontein/Cape Town, Services are delayed due to a power outage between Paarl and Huguenot.
