– Foul Over Alleged Non-Payment

Reporter – George April

Malmesbury:- Security guards working for Johnson Security Services across the Western Cape have raised alarm over alleged non-payment of wages, with some claiming they have not received salaries for up to three months.

A Hopefield-based guard, told CCN: “We are struggling. Since April, we haven’t been paid, and nobody is explaining anything. We don’t know what to do anymore.”

Other workers from different areas, including Barrydale, have echoed similar concerns, with claims surfacing that the company may be involved in large-scale financial irregularities affecting staff.

CCN has reached out to Johnson Security Services for comment. Their response will be published as soon as it is received.

Workers affected by this situation are urged to contact CCN with verified details, as the matter appears to extend beyond a single town.

This is a developing story.
