Commuters are advised that train services are temporarily suspended in several areas due to operational issues:
- Bellville – Eersteriver
- Eersteriver – Du Toit
- Bellville – Strand
- Simon’s Town shuttle service (temporarily suspended due to sand on tracks at Simon’s Town)
Passengers are encouraged to make use of alternative transport while services are disrupted.
Metrorail apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks commuters for their patience and understanding during this time.
