Police Hunt Gunman

GEORGE:- Police have launched a manhunt after a shooting incident on the N2 footbridge near Thembalethu on Tuesday evening.
According to police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies, officers responded to the scene around 19:40, where they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was treated on-site and rushed to hospital.
An attempted murder case has been opened. The motive behind the shooting is still unknown, and no arrests have been made.
Police urge anyone with information to contact their nearest station.
